Validate Yourself

By Dr Kaamilah

One should make a habit of saying this phrase "I did my best” And the life will change like anything. After the finest day where all went well and we usually say I did my best today. But when day goes dull and gloomy we terribly fell apart but learn to say “I know I did my best.” Because giving your best every day is not all about your success and potency. It is about being yourself in Nub of good and bad, the beautiful and the stressful.

There is a thought of freedom in laying down your expectation of being perfect. Embrace the idea of being the best version of yourself and you are more than enough because you have made it through such difficult moments. You just have to claim it.
