Us through years

You were my sunny days in the frosty noons we lived so long ago,

You were the ecstasy of the bluebells in the garden we had grown,

And you’d hold my hand & lend me a smile that I wish I could freeze,

And when the day would fall you'd find a silent, new dawn for me;

You were my angel in the crowd & held my hand to be on my side,

You were my shadow that I could see even in dark with my closed eyes,

And there were moments of soliloquy when I could be with myself and you,

And then the night would fall and I would sleep with peace so true;

You were the illumination in my heart when I was all alone in the dark,

You were the sound of my heartbeat when I couldn't even see the stars,

And there were nights when nothing else except than you to cross my mind,

And when time rested upon us you left me in the rewind.
