Unfinished

I pretended and intended to forget

But forgot how feelings go with time

And I need to find what’s mine

As kind as I was it was my mind that got so messed up like the kitchen after a family Sunday brunch

the sound of the tooth brush in the morning sounds louder because of the quiet that that creeps in the showers are longer because of the thoughts that runs through this busy mind oh my gosh I even forget to turn on the hot water I get awaken by the shivers that crawl through my thick skin and I pinch myself to wake myself up from this dream that feels like a nightmare only to find that I am awake

I coughed 1,2,3 times I tried not to wake them I am sorry if I was too loud I apologise

I forgot I am soaking wet in water or is it tears I am not sure well I don’t know how do I know because time passed me without even noticing …shhhh I calm myself each say counting 4,5,6 as if putting the numbers in order will help …
