UNENDING

A poem has lost its lines and rhymes.

A dying piece from timeless times.

Reviving it with countless tries

While failing each with pointless cries.

Screamed aloud with its mind's contents,

Permitted with its heart's consent.

Persuading some to feel and blend

Only for it to heal and end -

The final voice of misery.

Oblivious path and scenery

Where pages closed in mortuary.

This graveyard place called library.

Still waiting for a wandering moth,

Too lost to find this blazing oath.

If it still has the will it sought,

The poem will live in readers’ thoughts.
