Understanding Clouds

Hurry up! Zoom your lens to capture the wily picturesque clouds

Upload into Cloud to bring a fluffy friend home, lest it slips and scouts.

Before it smirks and disappears into the misty horizon blue!

Into thin air will the little cupid forever leave the tarp without clue,

In a little while now His majesty Death will kiss the little dreamer -

Either shot, trapped and stuck forever lifeless inside the gizmo

Or scorched, bruised and zapped for he couldn’t flee though

Nobody knows how, but wily woolly will be gone, whatever.

Laud their enthralling beauty decked in the limitless canvas skies

Not for once nor for one would they lie still to treat our tiring eyes

But caper their mystic ethereal dance with their wingless wing

Attuned to the silent music that no mortal could hear or sing

So, while you can, chase the frisky, bouncy ones soon with your lens

Perhaps, there are cloudless days and nights you may never know

Lest you cast your Net to fish a cloud from Images galore, yet faux

Now, the sun shines, so make hay – Zoom out, corral the clouds, inside the fence.
