The tyres on the road screeched.
So many fellow-mates on the road frequented.
You have smelled the rawness of fields padded.
You have heard the songs long forgotten.
You have felt the warmth of clouds blanketed.
You have giggled when the jokes parted.
You have eaten with a belly contented.
You have met the waters and got snapped.
You have built the sand castle you always wanted
The rocks have stood by time tested.
The dance has led you to a france spirited.
The ice-creams soothing your throat have melted.
You have dreamt of this kind of day rested.
Alas, time had other things planted.
Even though good-byes are stated.
You wish the trip had not ended.
