Trauma

Let me tell you a story,

Of a tale with no glory.

A series of events,

That have been neglected,

By people who were content,

With the harsh world we live in.

People now don't have,

A significant reason to breathe.

They don't care about,

The destiny that they should seek.

Wealth and money,

Power and fame,

Have turned our minds,

So vicious,

No more divine.

Abusive minds,

Cold hearts,

Bloodlust,

Greed,

Have filled our world,

To increase our burden,

Making each one of us deceased.

Now slowly,

The people who are pure,

Have started to drown,

Into the depths of hate,

Turning unholy for god's sake!

The moon no longer symbolises,

Peace and harmony.

All I can see is,

A crimson red moon,

Giving a warning,

Saying we may die soon.

Why can't we live in peace?

Why can't we live a life in harmony?

What have we done to receive a punishment so grim?

Well the answer lies deep in our minds,

But we are now traumatised,

To uncover the truth in the lies.

And this all happened because,

We wished our lives were gone.
