Trapped

Where went the freedom of our days

Childhood, the youth, they both pass away

You have more coming

Leave it for the best

Look how well you have it

They say not to waste

Have breaks but not many

No hanging outs or company

It's a trap for your own good

You silent there

'Sacrificed for you'

Means don't you dare

So in a book your nose stuck

On a desk your hands cuffed

Some have mind to others

But keep up the school work

You give the best still

'Could've done better'

The piercing words

Do what you're told to do

Though through the tears

In stress you may scream

Not on earth be someone that cares

Though the story is the same

You cannot end up a Neil Perry

Because this is real life

Not dead poet's society
