Too Much Caffeine

It was a warm morning

I was craving a bit too much coffee

A lot... More coffee

I drank down atleast 7 cups of coffee

I almost immediately began seeing stuff

I saw my socks suddenly growing a mouth that just kept on speaking and speaking and speaking and speaking and speaking

I saw the rock outside cooking rocks with kendrick lamar

Being grilled...

I don't know what happened or how, but that did happen somehow...

I saw a knife fly towards me but it just formed into a coffee cup into my hands

I drank it down again

I began seeing colours

Colours unseen

Colours beyond

It felt... Good...

Satisfying

Gratifying

It almost seemed to quench everything that was itching in me

I suddenly liked drinking coffee

It was a recommendation of my mother to drink it

So I did...

I saw... Nightmarish figures

Gaping maws

Sword like teeth

Even bigger head and bodies

But I didn't felt scared not one bit

Suddenly it all came down on a crash

My head began aching like hammers being nailed onto my skull

Anxiety higher than the skies

Body jittery than ever

That night I had

Nightmarish dreams of the same figure

Creeping

Stalking and walking

Even running around

Whilst i laid still on my bed

Unable to scream unable to intervene

Unable to defend myself

Then suddenly it all disappeared

My body felt fine all of a sudden

The figure gone

The anxiety extinguished…

Just the next morning and it's warm rays

The horrors gone

But still the caffeine

Well... Now atleast I know how much to drink

Coffee….
