To Live By Moments

Oh, you beautiful spirit

Let no love be lost in vain

Let your power burst forth like rain

Happiness is but a wonderful illusion

Learn to find it even in seclusion

Give—without expectations, without conditions

The only true potential to profound relations

Love—deeply, passionately, generously

Until the world slinks away slowly

For every moment you brood

In regret over a false ego lured

Remember that love comes once,

Twice, thrice and forever

But memories fade away sooner than ever

Hold on just a little bit more

Take a moment in that which you adore

Breathe it in, holding every second close

Like sunshine seeping in the hollow of your toes

Feel time slow down, maybe even stop

To your desire, Time is merely a prop

Let your soul sparkle in grandeur

Your heart no longer fond to wander.
