Tiny Grey Coin

By Vidisha Gupta

Change in color,

Change in shape,

Change in size,

Has always been in my life.

Since the trade started,

Some people rule on me

And on some I rule.

I’ve embraced these changes

And my head has rounded.

If you don’t except the changing world,

The world will never accept you.

But if you face them,

The world will grace you.

Don’t go on size,

Cause my value has never changed.

Don’t think I am a cherry red jewel.

I am just a tiny COIN! -Vidisha Gupta
