Unbridled horses are dangerous,

Sometimes thoughts are so vociferous,

Scream and shout, still lose the bout,

Stand your ground or be kicked out,

All these voices in my head,

Won't roll over or play dead,

Calm yourself, just stay still,

Let these pass, know they will.
