I am okay and not okay at the same time. Sitting on a seashore as the cold breeze touches my skin while I take deep breaths I think to myself. On some days it is okay to not feel okay; to be aloof from all the chaos,

to care less, just be plain and silent, float, believe, to let myself free from the clutches of the entangled brain fighting with thoughts trying to find answers.

As the waves make towards the pebbled shore, my thought process ceases. Feels the winds of change and they are good.
