Their Words

Their words

Claw at me

Scream at me

Tear me at the seams

And I scream

The silent screams

Are no longer silent

But violent

Twisted

And scarred

Too scared to breathe

It is only a wheeze

Whiskey breaths

And shaking heads

I am on display for all to see

Me

I am on display for all to see

With shaking heads

And whiskey breaths

It is only a wheeze

Too scared to breathe

Scarred

Twisted

And violent

I am no longer silent

The silence screams

As they scream

It tears them at the seams

Scream at them

Claw at them

Their words scream

But not at me.
