The Windows Of His Soul

Those windows swept me,

In the tides of my obsession for him,

Every part of the window,

Showed up the canvas of a divine masterpiece

I have seen Celestial Veils,

But not softer than his,

I have seen Golden rays,

But they never shone brighter than his,

I have seen Emarald essence,

But not fresher than his,

I have heard feathered melodies,

But not more melodious then his,

I have seen Skyward Splendor,

But never felt this strong urge to fly high

That I got now

In his window,

I have seen Darkling depths,

But never felt like drowning before now

Yes, I have never seen Realms of Radiance,

But he showed me one through the Windows Of His Soul

Those windows have casted spells,

Whose Magical antidote is still unknown to me.

If my droplets of sorrow are supposed to be His window's Skyward kisses,

I will cradle them in my heart like they are falling platinums.

But one day when those windows

Will get closed for me,

I will again get lost in this Scathing Terra ferma,

Only to lose my found soul once again

The Love I hold in my heart,

Is heavier than the glass pearls held by those

Floating white realms

Then one day,

His windows again opened for me,

For the last time,

Making me realise,

That I was once again jilted in the deserted roads from where

I once started.

He never knew about my existence,

But I always prayed to the Creator,

To give his Thunderous raindrops of sorrow,

To me for I will cherish them

Dearer than my soul.

This time his windows didn't close,

But instead I broke the tender thread,

For I knew that a little longer,

And I will be left all in the finest of pieces

Of my soul,

Which the harsh gush of nature will blow away,

And bury it in some dusty graveyard.

But there are people who say,

"What's there so special about eyes?"

Maybe they haven't seen through someone's windows,

Like I have done.

I never felt to drown in his eyes,

And deposit my self in the eroding graveyards,

Instead his eyes ignited me,

To fly higher in the open colourful canvas

With wings gifted by Angels.

Yes, I rose for someone's eyes,

Yes, I didn't fall this time

Yes, I didn't die by drowning,

Yes, I lived by flying.

Because those were the Windows Of His Soul,

His eyes, my Abode of Love
