The War Within

Vision blurred, heart twinged as curved lips falters

'Agony or you back alive?' Asked the mind

Silence- too loud was the answer told

'Not this again', sighed every cells within

'I tried hard not to', defended the heart with curled fingers

'I know I'm a mess when I give in', it rewind

'His smile and presence is what I want to behold'

As the words built up, the body began writhin'

'There you go with this once more', the mind mocked

'Never wanted to, hence preferred staying the stone'

The words just thought of, sent tears slide on the cheek

Heavy sigh escaped the lips while emotions were gulped

All the heart wanted was his ears to listen it's words stocked

Despite being aware that about IT, he was so unknown

'Why do I love him?' the answer of heart never able to seek

'No more pounding', it swore yet a gaze on him, it thumped.......
