Life is a game,

With rules that no one knows.

At each level it gets complicated,

With higher highs and lower lows.

Sometimes, I have failed a level,

With great ordeals, feeling to depart.

But to grow stronger and survive,

I knew I had to restart.

I have fallen hard,

But can get up again.

What do we know about life,

If we haven’t faced any pain?

We play to win,

But what if we lose?

Challenging to be fine,

But actually getting blues.

Life is a maze,

With a turn at each step.

All we have to do is to walk the right way,

And never lose our pep.

At times when it gets confusing,

And we may feel alone and frightened,

Know that our dear ones,

Are waiting for us at the other end.

So take a moment, breathe,

And ignore all the noise.

We never know how strong we are,

Until being strong is our only choice.

My spirit is often deminished,

Putting everything at stake.

But my emotions are galore,

So I accept to bend but not to break.

Everyone says, “Life is easy”,

But truly, living it, is not.

Life is a battle,

Which has to be well fought.

Loved ones have high hopes from me,

So how can I let them down?

I have to win my tussle,

I have to win my crown.

And even though it’s tough,

And I may struggle past it all,

You may see me struggle,

But you will never see me fall…….
