The Stars In My Eyes

Unable to sleep anymore, I step outside to see

The stars still shine galore, as far as they can be.

My sleep and my dreams, mean nothing to them.

Uproot your worries they say,

Right down from the stem.

You are okay, they whisper

Not lost at sea, are you?

So bury, forget and forgive

These are amends just a few.

As I gaze upon the lone star,

Right up in the sky

I think aloud to myself

Let's just give it a try.

Despite all odds and storms

They shine still, and strong.

It's as if, it doesn't matter

Where they are coming from.

So gear up My Love, the world,

The stars reach out to me.

Stay strong, still and grounded,

You shall shine, you'll see.

Unable to sleep anymore,

I step out to see.

The stars have aligned a path,

And all just for me!!
