Poem

The Skyfall and The Abyss

They call it the Seas

But I call it Peace

They want the rain to Cease

But I yearn to drown in its Surcease

It starts with a Breeze

And lulls with dewdrops on the Leaves

The rain soaked Trees

Following the rains’ Release

Down below where they espy Reefs

The haven where waves meet and form a Crease

I call it the Skyfall and the Abyss

For it is where I go to escape the Realities
