The Sky Waits

We romanticize yearning a lot

Well,

It runs in nature

The sky and the ocean

They seem like they are together

But are not

The sky endlessly runs behind the ocean Hoping they would meet

So near yet so far

I wonder what conversations the stars make How much of a fool sky is

The ocean is in love with the ground, the soil And still the sky shamelessly fans over it

I hope it ever learns

That the ocean has no mercy Yet

The stars reflected upon it Make the sky go on

And wait

Until

They become one
