The Silent Whispers

I have seen few souls burning in front of me,

Some lying on the deathbed next to me.

What the destiny wants? To understand, I failed.

In the darkness of void,

My heavy heart wants to wail.

All the memories were lies,

You left the past and us, and demise.

Promises that you made, were meant to break?

Evanescing slowly into the curtains of time,

The sun is drowning and leaving us in the dark,

Like we’re just worth a dime.

The laughing one with me relentlessly,

Now lying on the ground, silently.

The blissful part of life with you, was just an illusion?

Can you hear? I shouted out loud.

You went away without an allusion,

Is this a fact that I need to be proud?

In this infinite universe,

The eternal rest is truth.

Beneath all the eyes,

A motionless being lies,

In a deep, endless sleep.
