There's a place within me, it is where all the deception ends,

where all my will bends..

The habitat where only me and the truth reside..

The truth has a stoic stare and a tint edgy and wide..

For i don't wield the strength, to cast out this predicament

And yet there's this will, this raw rage that rises up to cast a dent..

While wielding the will the wheel moves on...

The path it leads to..do I know it ? Or have I gone?

Why does it seem familiar ?

I see my will slipping like sand, and that truth feels near..

Because the path it leads to is where all the deception ends...

the place where all my will bends.

  • The place here represents that mental state where we lack the will to do anything, even to do something we love. It becomes frightening. We're so fearful that the effort we make is nowhere near enough. But the effort gives us a familiar feeling. Whatever 'will' we made up for that little effort, even that starts to disappear only to realize that same feeling we had at the beginning and therefore nothing changes.
