The Past

By Bhavya Srivastava

Rattling in my ears are still those gory days

The past life the past days

The ones that are blurred

Botched up, inked and sprayed

No one has been forgiven

Not even me

for the things I know no more

the facts that I don’t see

Everyone is still guilty for the past that I behold near

The one that made me forget what is dear

The one that led me to ambedo which makes everything unclear

Blame me blame you blame him blame them

All are miscreants

My thoughts so quiet I can’t hear anything else

The deafening silence so dementing

My soul crushed and packed!
