The Only Hands Remain Her Own

the entrenched Soul shivers in the battlefield of the Mind, and sighs of defeat echo through the catacombs of worthless bones

plagued by her premonitions and wary of kind dispositions, the withdrawn woman conceals her unspoken longings in a blasé demeanor

the gust of wind rushes against her sunken shoulders, beckoning the figure to succumb to its obligatory path towards a ruse called Destiny

phantom howls chase the heavens with ravenous tenacity, as her wishful tears of blood inks the curse of a treacherous prophecy
