my love, I will dive into the ocean of your emotions to share my breath with yours; intertwine your hands gently into mine and pull you again safely to shore.

lean onto me, dearest. shall your mind stay quiet and serene in this moment, to have you coiled in the warmth of my arms— to be safe and sound away from all harms, to cover your ears from the agony rage of waves, to kiss tenderly your tears and fears away.

my love, shall my love be enough to keep you warm despite the storms, shall my presence soothes the stinging pain in your soul. allow me to sit with your feelings so you shall not know loneliness anymore.

I have loved you from dusk until dawn, so grasp my hand my love, and I shall draw you back to shore.
