The moon.

It has something that draws me in.

the light that sheds the silver lining

upon all the things it is touching.

I am rippled by the waves of it

every time it grows at its fullest.

does it share the secret message

that makes me wonder

whenever I watch it,

that proves it is purer.

will it carry my thoughts that arise,

to my beloved

who stays very far

from my voice to be heard.

it teaches the rise and fall,

growth and wither,

dark and light,

to every being

for the truth to be understood

every fortnight.
