The Miracle Fruit

Raju, a white-furred bunny who lived in a forest. He is so cute and very loving. One day, he met with an accident, and his furs were lost. After the accident, he looks ugly and lost his leg too. The animals in that forest stopped visiting him after the accident. They always made fun of Raju. He was very sad about his appearance.

One day he met Shambhu, a wandering elephant in the forest. He knows all the places in the forest. He told Raju about a miracle fruit of a tree, growing on river banks, near the forest boundary. Shambhu came to know about this fruit from the Tribal people in the nearby village.

Raju became very happy to know this and asked for help from Shambhu. Shambhu agreed to help him to get the fruit. The next day he plucked the miracle fruit and gave it to Raju. He eats the fruit and prayed to God. Suddenly, the soft and purely white furs were grown everywhere in his body. Raju again became a beautiful and cute bunny.

He is very much happy and said ‘Thank you’ to Shambhu. Shambhu hugged him and said, “Love you, Raju. You are great”. The other animals get wondered about the change of Raju and said sorry to him.
