The Lost Voice

When things finally seem upright,

When your heart screams, it’s all good!

But the little voice inside you,

The one that questions,

If all that seems right,

Would end on a dark night.

When you entered the woods,

With no sense of direction,

With everything that may be lost!

What’s lost may never be found again,

Losing what you always perceived to be a gain,

The chaos,

The race,

The hustle,

The pretensions,

Things that maybe were worth the wait!

Lose it all,

For it was never yours.

What’s yours, is the little voice,

The one that talks to you in midst of chaos,

The one that helps you realize,

Life is to be genuine and kind!

The one that helps you gain,

When you’re living in vain.

The one that lets your heart scream,

And allow your eyes to beam.
