The Lost Girl

By Ragi Mishra

She was a girl who felt too much,

Gave her all, yet it was never enough.

The world called her cold, unkind,

But they never saw her heart behind.

She forgave, she held, she stayed,

Even when her soul was frayed.

But pain taught lessons words could not,

Some people leave, no matter what.

One day, she woke, no longer afraid,

No longer seeking to be saved.

She praised herself, she stood alone,

And in that strength, she found her throne.

She was never lost- just on her way,

To build a life where she could stay.

Not just surviving, but standing tall,

She made her legacy, that was all.
