The Letter

To the flowers that never fell,

Stood there in the faraway land,

To the ones that blossomed as the spring swell,

Whom wilt and wither couldn't catch,

Roaring and rumbling you've fought;

Those scarlet wars,

To the flowers that never tainted,

Sprouted love from the darkened cracks,

To the ones that fluttered in the October wind,

Holding the branches; rooting your print,

Swaying and swinging you whispered,

Those beguiling hymns,

Said, "Far I'll go",

And far you've gone,

Wrote your prologue in the scent of dawn,

'Wandering or lost,' you never told,

Moved on the crooked path,

With your sunflower soul',

Like Adam and Eve, your fate you beared,

In the garden of thorns and fallen leaves,

The desolate land, your resilience cleared,

So here I write this letter to you,

Like a song on pages or a poem in mind,

To etch your story in time.
