And when the last drop of love is poured out for you,

Relieved,

I thought I would be,

Drained,

I am,

Empty,

I feel,

What felt too heavy to carry

Has become the missing piece 

This overwhelming bottle

Shaped like my heart

Has emptied itself into yours

The stream i thought would never end 

Has finally stopped

If I was drowning in your love,

I'm breathing air again 

How is it that my once overflowing love is now empty and your once empty love, now full?

You're a tenant in a red room

With the eviction notice at your doorstep 

I fell, grew, jumped, flew,

Every verb or action in love with you

Why am I still now?

The silence never felt so loud

You were far, but never far away

Now you're near and i don't want you to stay
