The Graveyard Of Memories

In the graveyard of memories

the moments of our lives are buried

the laughter, the tears, the happiness, the conflicts

all are now only faraway memories of the past.

The tombstones from bygone days stand tall

reminding us of the days long gone

of the people we loved, who have now moved on

leaving just memories to cherish.

This place is being swept by the winds of change.

whispering tales of what used to be

the memories we treasure so much,

now only some fragments remain.

But we still visit this place

this graveyard of memories we call our own

for they may be forever gone

but their presence still lingers on.
