The Garden Of Reminiscence

A parade of vanity.

Lusted gardens, designed by the devil’s insanity.

Garnished with the flavours of time

Existence started trickling into a dime

Unknown horizons left to explore

A shrine inside the soul that gave hope.

Now my eyes don’t see no shore

Uncertainties turned it into a lore.

A barren land with dim lights

Dry trees that gave no smile.

Jumbled were my words, even though I was at my prime,

Alas I found no other sentences to rhyme.

If light prevails the dark, why darkness succumbs the light?

God or Satan who is right?

Why do the angel and demon inside us fight?

If both think they are right.
