The Final Lullaby

Hear the cold breath of silence

Feel the final awakening of your senses

Close your eyes, open your heart

Can you embrace my thoughts from a distance?

                              Shine in your own way

Don’t let my visions lead you astray

Free your pain, free your lust

Show me your forbidden desires in time ahead

I could breathe new life into you

Bring back the tenderness you once had in you

Utter the words, don’t be afraid

Would you for once see yourself pull though?

I can’t let you come back to me again

We never had our sins washed in the rain

Out of the darkened corner of your eye

Will now a tear pour out in vain?

Time will bury the secrets we shared

Now i am holding on to the one i dare

I have always been waiting to bid you goodbye

To sing you the final lullaby
