The Ephemeral Eternity

The clouds started crying

As both of them stopped trying

The raindrops resembled the tears

And the lightning; all the fears

The problem was the lasting

And off course of the casting

Tears lasted more than fears

And crying more than trying

The words left unspoken

 And the feelings left unexpressed

The hello was unexpected

And the goodbye was unsaid

The time passed but the wounds never healed

We never know how they lived

How they faced it

And how they survived it

It is not the distance it is the defeat which makes them cry

It is not the world but the situation which restricts them to try

Yet both live happily

As it might seems

Yet both dream of the fantasy

But get upset by the reality that screams!
