Anxiety

In the corner, she whirls,

a shadow draped in grey,

whispering doubts like a gentle breeze,

her hands trembling, always at play.

“Will they notice? Will I fail?”

A spiral of thoughts,

a tightrope of worry,

her heart racing, caught in a tale.

Joy

Bright and bold, she bursts through the door,

a sunbeam wrapped in laughter,

filling the room with warmth,

her voice a sweet, melodic after.

“Let’s celebrate! Come dance with me!”

She twirls and spins,

painting the walls with colour,

a radiant light that never thins.

Fear

In shadows, he lurks,

a cloak woven from night,

his whispers are thunder,

his eyes flickering with fright.

“Stay back, don’t go near,”

he warns with a shiver,

the chill in the air,

a rush of cold river.

The Meeting

One evening, they gathered,

an unlikely ensemble,

Joy laughed, her spark igniting,

while Anxiety trembled, ready to crumble.

Fear watched from the edges,

his heart heavy with dread,

but something in Joy's laughter

pulled him closer instead.

The Dance

Anxiety edged forward,

“Will they understand?” she sighed,

but Joy took her hand,

“Let’s dance through the tide!”

Together they swayed,

a rhythm born of light and shade,

Fear stepped in, hesitating,

but Joy smiled, “Don’t be afraid.”

A New Harmony

As they spun in circles,

their movements became free,

Anxiety found a rhythm,

while Fear learned to breathe.

Together they crafted a melody,

a song of highs and lows,

each emotion finding its place,

as the dance of life flows.

The Conclusion

Now they dance as one,

a vibrant mosaic of feeling,

for in their interplay,

they weave the art of healing.

Anxiety, Joy, and Fear,

a trio intertwined,

each emotion holding its power,

a reflection of the mind.
