I’v been reading books of old,

The wonderful legeneds and so much gold.

Achilles and his fame,

His glory written with such pain.

Icarus with waxen so wide still learnt to glide,

And within his own creation, Deadalus

lived and died.

Thanatos escaped his chains, refused the mortals calls,

Thesues sought forgiveness, even though it wasn’t his fault.

Phrixius saw his savior, even though it was a fraud,

And tortured agamemnon thus proclaimed himself a god.

And so the men of olden times,

Have met their fate with such a prize,

But now as they sit in olympus,

They cry out for justice,

For vengeance, for a voice to hear,

For a hand, For something that would give the hope of something near,

But their cries go unspoken,

lost in a sea of sorrow,

never to be followed.
