THE DETECTIVE

A MEET WITH A SUPERNATURAL ENTITY

CHAPTER 1: WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

About two weeks ago Mr. Brown was coming back to his abode from his daily hectic schedule. He called a taxi which just arrived in time. It was half past twelve in the night. The driver told him "If we go through Interstate 95 then it would be more than 1 hour"

Mr. Brown told the driver to go through Interstate 4." The moment the driver heard the words of Mr. Brown talking about Interstate 4, his face grew pale like he was just paralyzed with horror. But somehow he agreed to go through that highway.

But why was he terrified by the name of that highway?

Was there something mysterious?

CHAPTER 2:NOTHING IS GOING WELL

The driver was driving the car at its top speed when they entered the highway road. For the past 10 -15, everything was going normal. But the paranormal act when the man just came in front of the car. They put the brake rapidly but they went through the man. When the driver got out to see if the man was okay, but to his surprise there was no one there. Mr. Brown was confused while the driver was freaked out. They sat in the car and restarted their journey. It was just after some time that their car was broken down. While the driver was repairing the car Mr. Brown found a note with a warning written with BLOOD. It said " Get out of here otherwise I won't spare your life.

Mr. Brown ran as fast as he could leaving the driver behind.

He took a breath of relief as he reached home and directly without even uttering a single word.

The next day when he read the newspaper. He getting goosebumps when he read the headline, it said " A CAR DRIVER NAMED NOLAN FOUND DEAD ON THE INTERSTATE 4" and guess what it was the same driver who was dropping Mr. brown home.

He started to have seizures in his room. Luckily it was Sunday so his wife Mrs. Brown was at home and so she took him to the city hospital.

CHAPTER 3: THE ENTRY OF THE SHERLOCK

After the mystic case of Nolan the taxi driver. Several more deaths were happening in the state of Florida. And the police had no idea who was the mastermind behind these homicides. They had no option but to assign a professional detective.

On the other hand the situation in Florida. A 19-year-old boy named Alex woke up with a cup of coffee and a half-eaten biscuit in Ohio when suddenly the doorbell rang. The boy thought it was the usual newspaper seller. But the moment he opened the door he found a letter sealed tightly and it was a stamp of the CIA and FBI. But why would he get a letter from the top headquarters of the police dept.?

But he wasn't surprised because he knew what was the intention of the letter. Actually, in the past, he worked as a cunning-minded detective in the AMERICAN POLICE DEPARTMENT. Believe me, even though he was just 19 his mind was of an experienced detective. The letter said "Detective we immediately need your cooperation. Please reach the given coordinates by evening.

Order from the police department.

So without any second thought, he packed his bag and left a letter for his family that he would be back in 20 -30 days after the holidays in Florida with his college friends. He didn't want them to know that he was a detective working for the police.

He then booked the ticket for the earliest airline to reach Florida. And that was UNITED AIRLINES. By 10 past 6 in the evening he landed in Florida where a black color Mercedes SUV dropped him at the police headquarters.

CHAPTER 4 – SHERLOCK IN ACTION

Alex entered the headquarters and reached into the cabin of the chief to explain the situation in Florida. Mr. Hopkins (chief) asked the detective to take a seat. Alex sat down on one of the rotating chairs. Mr. Hopkins told him about what was going on in Florida. " Alex this is a serious one, there have been innumerable assassinations of citizens in the past 1 week." Said the chief. Alex was given an assistant to help him. He asked his assistant to collect some data about the murders.

After the investigation of a day or two, the assistant came to Alex. The data he found was weird. Every murdered body was found lying on the same highway that is interstate 4 and every body had a note tied to their toe which had life threatening warnings. But the unique thing was that the warnings were written with blood, with a signature.

Alex was confused as he had never seen such kinds of murder patterns. But he ordered his assistant to inform the cops to close Interstate 4 until the investigation was complete. He also told me to assign some policemen to the spot. Alex asked Peter (his assistant) to check whose signature it was.

The cops and people did the same.

CHAPTER 5- Realization of Paranormal Acts

That night a group of police officers were assigned at the interstate 4. All the cops were afraid of standing over there they had orders from higher authorities so they couldn't do anything about it. There were special cameras fixed in some places to observe the spot. For 2 -3 hours no activity took place till now. Everything was going well until it was midnight.

The weather became very windy but cold air, even though it was summer. When suddenly the police dept. Lost the connection with the cameras. But before they lost control they heard a scream from their cops "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!".

What could have happened to them? What if they would have also been murdered?

The next day Police went to the place where they saw the cops last time. Alex was along with them. But to their surprise, there was no sign of cops far - far away. When an investigator from their team found that there was a note written with blood like in other murders. But instead of any warning it had a weird message. " I want to meet you ~#@$$%%^^%&*%" Every word is understandable but not the symbols. So he asked Peter to decode the symbols. Ultimately there was good news and bad news. Now the good news was that the symbols were successfully decoded but the bad news was that the decoded words were A- L- E- X ( Alex) which meant that the slaughter wanted to meet Alex. Peter said this to him.

Alex thought for a while and said "I will go ! All alone". Peter warned him "That will be too risky'' but Alex was determined.

He went alone to the same location where all the deaths took place.

What would have happened to him?

Was there any sort of soul trying to possess him??

CHAPTER 6- The Ending

As soon as he reached the weather became cold and windy.

A note dropped off it said, "Hello! , ready to DIE?"

Alex asked "Who are you"

The reply was "Your death! Hee-hee!"

There was an echo of a life-threatening laugh when suddenly Alex fainted and went into a flashback. Mentally he was uncautious he could see a scene of a highway where a car just rammed into another car. The crash was so deadly that after the crash one car fell off the highway down off cliff. And the other driver died on the spot. But after some time a boy of 5-6 years came out of the car and was rescued. But Alex recognized that at the spot was his dad and that was him.

That day Alex and his father were coming from a party but his mother was at home cause his sister was sick. Alex's was father drunk and wasn't cautious. He didn't see the car coming and unfortunately, the accident took place. After which his family shifted to Ohio.

He then got his senses back when he heard a voice calling him from the back " Alex! Alex !"

He looked back it was his father calling him. Alex was so emotional that he started to move towards it when something went into his eyes. He then realized that it was a trick of the spirit to kill him. When he came near to his father he instantly took out a bottle of holy water which he took from the father of the church in Cleveland and springled it on his father. Within a fraction of a second in front of his eyes, his father's body started to burn and transformed into a dark evil spirit shouting "I have to complete my revenge no! I don't want to die. The evil spirit turns into ashes.

When Alex hears a police siren, the police along with Peter are there to pick him up.

Alex informed the chief that he was resigning from the detective post, I wanted to start a new beginning in life. The chief nodded his head showing his agreement.

Alex continues his new life in Ohio. But maybe the FBI and CIA need him again for any issue.

I am pretty sure that the young Sherlock will never say no.
