Dedicated

Original Submission by Avani Shinde

I call these lines for those,

For those,

Who never got a say

Making their own way

Choosing to live another day

Who were told to change

Brave enough to try anyway

So quiet, they never had any space

Who cried but never got aid

Choosing to help without any pay

Volunteers who think they'll fade

Who don't judge by face

Who refuse to throw it all away

Whose thoughts are unnamed

For the lovers, change makers, fighters,

Those unsatisfied with an average life

For the actors, scientists, writers, creators,

And the ones somewhere in between

I see you, hear you and know you

I wrote this for you
