The Destination

Oh destination, don't make us part this way I wish for you, please don't stray Why bear this sorrow what's causing your frown? Do you long for another, to leave me alone ? For you, I've sacrificed my hobbies, desires and more, Yet still, do you wish to find solace on another shore? Just one hope remains, I plead from the heart, Don't betray me like others, let's not drift apart. I've heard there are others who long for your grace, But tell them softly, it's my love you embrace. I've given my time, effort and sleep, So don't say you're lonely, our bond runs deep. Let's stand together, through thick and thin Don't dissever this tie, that has always been I wish for you, please don't stray Oh my destination, please don't make us part this way.
