Where does it end?

Twirling away my sorrows,

Chasing the fleeting promises of an uncertain tomorrow.

I meet her eyes—

Stifled, infatuated cries.

She is my sin,

Yet the only flame I know,

A hunger in my chest—

A fire I cannot outgrow.

Skin on skin,

Burning sins,

Each touch a forbidden thrill,

Every breath a silent, aching will.

Her eyes,

the black, void abyss,

Her lips, cold as ice,

A heart that does not exist.

But still, I crave—

Crave her love, her touch,

Though it consumes me,

And burns me too much.

The red thread of fate—

Woven tight, bound in knots,

Tied to only one,

The one who never forgot.

Her love, her life,

A flame I cannot deny,

I long for her warmth,

Though I know my demise.

She pulls me in,

Closer, and still closer—

A lover, a curse,

My soul, she smothers.

I dance with Death—

Though every step is pain,

My heart beats wild,

But I can’t break free again.

I know the end is near,

But I can’t stop, can’t turn away,

For though she is cold,

Her embrace is all I crave.

In her arms,

I will surrender, I will fall,

To the grave’s dark whisper—

I will give her my all.

The Dance with Life

Where does it end,

This dance we share?

Spinning through the twilight,

A rhythm of sorrow and care.

Her eyes meet mine,

Silent, pleading cries,

Her heart beats a rhythm,

I already know will die.

I am the cold—

The silence between breaths,

Her heart beats for me,

But I am her end.

Skin on skin,

Whispers of burning sins,

She is the fire,

And I am the wind.

Eye to eye,

We glide through the black,

Her breath is warmth,

But I pull her back.

Lips cold as ice,

But hers burn through,

A love untold,

That shall never return.

Yet something stirs in the void—

A thread, crimson red,

Woven through time,

Tied to the one we’ve fed.

Her love, her life,

Is what I crave,

A dance of death,

To which we both gave.

I welcome her in,

For she is mine,

For when the music fades,

I’ll lead her to the line.
