Differentiate between then and now,

Here and there, why and how

Humming and drumming and walking and running

Always going

Never slowing

The cataclysm of the modern mind

searching for something we will never find

Why?

Why will we never find the answer through this frame of thinking?

Well because its a way of sinking

Sinking into the way that the world wants you to be

A slave, a drone, a cog in society,

Do your part

Don’t speak your heart

Safety is found when you aren’t seen

The light comes out

from the spaces between

How do we combat this?

Dare to be known

To show all that you are

Embody the energy of the star

You can light up the darkness within all this

Sign your cosmic blip with a bold and original kiss

A second in retrospect

When we zoom out on humanity

To believe you can affect this is absolute insanity...

Right?

Or is this the mental night, the slumber of hope

Because even so, on the cosmic scope,

Actions connect and words can erect

A more fruitful reality

One more beautiful than any of us might expect
