That touched the soul…summed up in few words…

Well..its worth mentioning…here is me…Posted as Medicine intern…and on night duty… A patient,named Tulsi…😍 12 year old,the lovely one… Attendent of tulsi called out someone..to resume the i/v fluid drip…

I was there at counter, finishing some paper work….

I went in that cubicle, near her bed…

While disconnecting… girl gentally asked…

“Hey di..what’s your name…?”

I replied…”Neetu..its Neetu….”

She smiled…and said it pains when you put on a cannula…I said yes bachaa…it hurts but a little….afterall you are a brave kiddo…

…..Hours passed…..

Again in the middle of night…

Her mother asked me to disconnect her i/v fluid drip…

I calmly went and disconnected the drip..she asked in a pretty tone…..

“Aap neetu di hi ho na…?”

Girl was looking somwhere else…

I said,” yes” with expression of doubt on my face…

She uttered some words..

“If I could able to see…I will not even take this much time to recall your face…” Girl was suffering from Tubercular Meningitis…with loss of vision…a couple of days back…

“THE ONE WHO IS BLIND RECALLED ME BY MY FACE…”
