The Awakening Flame

Awakening is not a thunderclap,
but a slow dawn peeling night from the soul.
It asks not for answers,
but for courage to live the questions.
What is the purpose, if not love in motion?
Not the grand stage, nor the crown,
but the hand we hold,
the seed we plant where no one sees.
Free will may be a mystery,
Yet meaning is made in the choosing.
Even if fate sets the stage,
we write the lines in our own breath.
The right awakening is no destination,
but the moment we see clearly:
we were never broken, only becoming.
We do not seek light,
we are the light,
brighter each time we rise.
Awakening is not perfection,
but the grace to walk unfinished.
It is the silence after storms,
the gentle strength to begin again.
It is knowing the stars above us
are also within.
That to awaken is not to escape life,
but to meet it unmasked, unafraid.
And when the flame is kindled within,
it spreads without force—
a quiet fire touching hearts,
a reminder: we are more than we imagined.
