The army of ants

By Hiti Anand

In the past year, there was an army of ants.

They were black ants. They didn’t have a house. One fine day they decided to finally make a house. They build it out of sand. They kept going on and on the entire day. When they were finally finished, an army of red ants came and said “Wow! This sand house is so wonderful! Now this is ours.”

“No way! We build it with all our energy,” said the black ants. They argued for long… longer…. longer and so on. Finally, an army of bees came and saw the awesome handmade house they did not notice the black and red ants arguing and thought of getting the house. The moment they picked it up it broke in pieces as it was made out of sand. The ants were very angry. The queen bee explained the ants that they can build another big house and then black and red ants can live together. They thanked the queen bee and happily lived after.
