The 5 minutes thought

By Garima Misra

It hurts to lose something. However, this is because we were born with nothing. Why go elsewhere for answers when you already own them, just like the alchemist, the treasure of answers. Iron must be heated in order to be perfectly shaped. The diamond must be cut. Why be hesitant to go through the same procedure? Nothing in life is simple. Preaching a life philosophy is simple.

What occurs when you are required to put it into practice? Why do troubles appear to be everywhere? Is resolving these issues the only goal of life? No person's life graph is linear. Why are we unable to appreciate life as a gift from God? Dry those tears. Please let those who have wronged you to be pardoned. Why can't we focus our time and effort in the proper direction? Take a look at the beautiful sky and the flashing stars. Keep in mind the sacrifices made by the ancestors. Get comfortable on a beach's sand. Allow you to experience each particle's texture. Allow the waves to wash your feet as they call. Praise the natural world for everything. Gratitude for every moment. Your troubles will fade if you are appreciative. What is sadness? Pain is what? Some absurd words express how you felt. Don't allow your spirit be burdened by unfavourable feelings. Relax, take a deep breath, and practice meditation. Levitate when gazing at the moon.
