That Dream

By Dishita Melkani

Those were the days,

With the bright summer morn,

A smiling face,

And beautiful songs,

A life full of colours,

And a soul full of dance,

Finding joy in even mess and clusters,

And not missing any funny chance,

A heart soft and tender,

And eyes full of shine,

Spreading glitter everywhere,

And being jolly all the time,

Listening to fairy tales,

Watching funny T.V shows,

Dancing in the rain,

And being lost in our own zone,

Being carefree and accepting things as they have been,

But now as I look back, it all seems like a dream..
