I was 10 and taught, God resides in everything,

Every place is holy, where God lives.

Can I enter the temple to meet God?

Its miniature for you to step into it, said the sacristy man.

Aren’t I just a speck of dust;

In all this universe. And just like that-

Can’t I sit at the ledge of its dome?

God might after all appreciate my company.

It’s been swinging lone with gusts of wind,

Inviting and leaving on their own terms.
