The path was so long,
I stand on the edge and sigh,
Will this lead me to my destiny,
Put my foot and I try.
Just then when I pass by the way,
See them leaves wilt and I think,
I once used to be rolled up in my sheets,
With the insecurity that made me sink!
Oh that crow with that call so loud,
Just like those people who bullied me?
The voice that my ear irked on,
Quite a struggle, I forsee!
That dried well with the stones hither and thither,
The rope untied and the bucket broken,
Broken like my dreams? Broken like my heart?
With the harsh words, anxiety woven!
Oh hanging bridge and the breeze so fast,
Maybe the sign I return and hide away,
Is the will weak or the thoughts so sharp?
To get in the box I thought it got astray!
But those vividly colored Butteflies,
Flying with tears of feathers and feathers of zeal,
Like they do, can I see the world too?
Can they hold my hand and say you made it too?
