Teachers' Day

Teachers are a boon. Each and every teacher is important, but some are gems. I had not been a favourite of all teachers, but yes, I would like to take a few names.

My class teacher in Mont. 3, Miss Lily from Prabhat Tara School, motivated me a lot, had faith in me.

My favourite Sanskrit teacher, Meera Ma’am from Shantiniketan Awasiya Bal Vidyalaya, pampered me a lot.

Then Chairman Sir and also my Human Resources Management specialization Prof. T N Choudhary Sir from Sikkim Manipal University, I would like to pause here for a while. He not only taught me in my specialization but also made me aware of his experiences, ups and downs in his life, his journey from Muzaffarpur to the US. He used to scold me daily for not reading newspapers as I was not good at General Awareness.

Especially, he emphasised me on reading editorials. Today, my General Awareness is still not that good, but I try to keep track of the latest genuine news. I do read a few editorials online.

Then Alok Sir from Sikkim Manipal University itself taught me Marketing, inspired me a lot, helped me get a job while pursuing Masters of Business Administration.

Shilpa Ma’am from Sikkim Manipal University, taught me the basics of programming, very friendly and kind.

Last but not the least, Sadhna, centre manager, a teacher in Accountancy cum criticizer, helped me how to decide in an adverse situation.
